Nine Core Values of SCCI

We believe that:

(

01

The anointed teaching is the catalyst to the transformation in the individual’s life and in the church (Romans 12:7; II Timothy 3:16,17;James 1:23-25).

02

The church should be culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure (1 Corinthians 9:19-23)

03

Christ followers should manifest authentically and yearn for continuous growth ( Ephesians 4:24-25,32; Hebrews 12:1; Philipians 1:6)

04

A church should co-operate as a united community of servants with men and women stewarding their spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12&14; Romans 12; Ephesians 4 Psalms 133)

05

A Loving relationship should permeate every aspect of church life ( John 13:34-35;1 Corinthians 11:Luke 10:1,3).

06

Change happens best in Life groups

07

Excellence honours God and inspires people

08

We believe that churches should be led by men and women with leadership gifts ( Rom 12:8;Acts 6:2-5)

09

The pursuit of full devotion to Christ and His Kingdom is normal for every believer (I Kings 11:4;Philippians 2:1-11;II Corinthians 8:7)

Purpose Driven

It is biblical that a church must be  driven by purpose ( Matthew 16:18; II Corinthians 3:10)

A Clear purpose builds Moral ( I Corinthians 1:10)
A Clear purpose excludes frustration ( Isaiah 26:3;49:4; James 1:8)
A Clear purpose gives focus ( Philippians 3:13)
A Clear purpose extracts clear co-operation (Ezra 10:4; Philippians 4:15;Proverbs 11:27)
